The company faced a 10% decrease in revenue from INR 220.7 crore to INR 196.6 crore in FY19. The profit earned during the third quarter of FY19 is also an 18% decrease from the previous fiscal year. However, the EBITDA profit saw a greater increase in profit of INR 20.5 crore in FY19.


Yatra has witnessed a QoQ growth of around 64% in total revenues during the fourth quarter of the financial year 2021 (Q4 FY21), at Rs 50.68 Cr, as the company recovered a significant recovery in flight and hotel bookings. The company billed gross bookings, including bookings of hotels and flights, of 746.65 crore tickets during the final quarter of FY21, which was only 575.81 crore tickets, as per the previous quarter.


However, losses for the Gurugram-based OTA also ballooned during Q4 FY21 at INR 59.78 crore, which was an operating loss of INR 21.69 crore in the previous quarter (Q3 FY21), as per its financial statements dated July 8, 2021.


Losses of Yatra lessened by 59.6% to become Rs 48.2 crore in FY22. The revenue of Yatra soared by 56.5% to Rs 198.9 crore in FY22. The business travel vertical of Yatra has recovered much after the effects of the pandemic receded and is currently running at 90% of the pre-pandemic levels.


The NASDAQ-listed company is now looking forward to listing its Indian subsidiary in the Indian market and only if they succeed, will retain its NASDAQ listing, as of September 17, 2021.
